I had met Louise through my Aunt Lori. We had recently purchased a 2 family house in Ballston Spa. Louise made the experience wonderful and exciting. Louise Werner is an amazing realtor who is unsurpassed in her knowledge of the current real estate market. After having our vacation home on the market for over 2 years, we were very dissatisfied with the service from other realtors and then we met Louise. We moved last summer and worked with Louise to both purchase our new home and sell our old home. Louise was a real pleasure to work with for both. I had my house listed with other agents but it did not sell and I was not happy with the level of service they provided.
